Peer Advisors will be available to answer questions and assist you with event planning. This is an especially helpful resource for new organizations and new leaders. We recommend that you stop by and check-in with a Peer Advisor prior to meeting with your advisor. This will greatly assist in getting the most out of your meetings and events.

Important Spring Event Limits
Please Read
Dear Student Organization Representative,
The Spring Quarter calendar is filling up!
Once the calendar is filled, events will need to be postponed or cancelled.
To get on the calendar, schedule a meeting with your SOAR advisor. Please remember that Major Events require at least 4-6 weeks of advance planning.
SOAR hopes to accommodate all events. However we cannot guarantee sponsorship or your preferred date. To be fair to all organizations, sponsorship and dates will be confirmed on a first-come-first-serve basis.
The limit on organization events is:
3 Major Events per week &
3 Medium-scale Events per week
